The Take 5 Clips really help individuals understand the whole leadership process.  These clips allow individuals to turn the mechanics of leadership into an intuitive, artistic and personalized leadership approach.  My favorite clips are the leadership overviews (1-6), Understanding the styles (DISC), 6 Levels of Leadership, Four Phases of Development, Why Self Awareness is Important, Are you frustrated, Set and Reach Goals and Communicate Clearly without Rambling.
