Personal Analysis

This report is the foundation for the Extended DISC system.  The assessment is completed online in about 10-12 minutes.  The results can be delivered back to you in a PDF format and printed in black and white or color. The assessment can be taken in over 30 languages.

Your personal assessment includes information on attributes, Personal Analysis motivators, avoidance areas, ideal supervisor, communication style, decision-making, comfort areas, situations that reduce motivation, strengths, reactions to pressure situations, items that require little energy, and items that require a lot of energy.

This assessment is used to assist leaders, sales professionals and customer service professionals.  Our leadership development programs, Selling with Style and The Customer is First each help you increase awareness of your style and develop the skills to become more effective in leadership, sales and service.
 

The model assesses you in 1 of 120 profiles and has 115 million text sentences it pulls from the database to describe your style.  There are no positive or negative profiles, just different profiles; profiles that have different strengths and weaknesses.  Extended DISC assesses both the conscious and unconscious behavior and compares the two.  The unconscious behavior is the focus of the assessment and the text is based on the unconscious assessment. The retail cost is $50.
