Extended DISC 360 Style Analysis

Have you ever been in a new situation and wanted to speed up the process of people knowing your approach?  Have you ever been frustrated because it seemed you couldn’t meet or perhaps understand the expectations of others?  This report primarily does two things.  First it helps you to know how well your people know you and can speed up that process.  It will compare how they assess you versus the way you assess yourself. 

Second it will reveal what their needs are by what they think you need to be like.  This information can help a leader to know if the expectations of people are consistent or inconsistent.  This will provide direction for the leader based on our executive coaching practice.  This tool is only recommended once the leader has been in place at least ninety days.
