Extended DISC: A Tool for Individual, Team & Organizational Improvement

Extended DISC is a set of assessment tools that provide information that you and your employees can use.  Extended DISC focuses on the successful behaviors of individuals, teams and organizations.  The tools provide practical and easy-to-use action plans to enhance performance. 

How does it work?  Extended DISC is software and or web-based system that is easy to use.  It includes a set of seven integrated tools.  However, the personal analysis is the basis and foundation for the tool.  The system answers the most important question.  “How do I/we use this valuable information to improve performance?”

1. Extended DISC Personal Analysis – Sample Report

This report is foundational for the entire system. The sample report can also include a specific analysis for management, leadership, sales, customer service, learning and project management. 

2. Extended DISC Team Analysis – Sample Report

This report analyzes a group of people.  Our firm has used this to analyze hundreds of executive and management teams.  In addition we use team reports to analyze retention issues when you have a large number of people in one job.  For example in sales it can help you focus your recruiting efforts, reduce turnover, reduce costs and increase performance.  See one case study in our consulting practice.

3. Extended DISC Work Pair Analysis – Sample Report

This report compares two individuals. We use this report for boss/employee relationships, two co-workers on one account/project, and husband/wife and conflict management between two employees. The context of the relationship determines the application of this report.

4. Extended DISC Team 360 – Sample Report

This report enables a manager to know two things.  First, how well do people understand and accept your style.  Second, it allows you to quickly understand what expectations they have of you and what you need to do to improve communication.

5. Extended DISC Job Profile – Sample Report
