SERVICE OPTIONS
Our Strategic Planning Service Options
If could be as simple as a weekend retreat or it could be a multi-year contract that results in a company turn-around. We have done both and everything in between for our current clients, and would like the opportunity to offer the same services to you.
Fortune magazine says that 10% of success is strategy formulation and 90% of success is strategy execution. TMI can assist you with either but; our greatest value is helping you with both.
The Event Option
We can facilitate an event for your executive and or/management team to guide you through a pre-determined process resulting in a direction for your business. A small company could develop a clear mission and vision statement in a one or two day retreat. A larger company, however, might need longer to evaluate their current direction and discuss strategic changes.
TMI’s strategic planning service focuses on preparation templates, facilitation and guidance to accomplish pre-determined objectives.
The Deliverables Option
This option is typically a three-to-six month commitment of evaluating and developing specific deliverables to meet the company needs. This might include one or all of the following: creating a strategic framework, mission, vision, strategy, objectives, measurements, balanced score card and employee targets.
Formulation, Execution and Results Approach
This option includes assisting you with both formulating and executing your change initiative. Obviously, it takes time to develop the relationship to determine if our methodology and approach is right for you company and culture. We never recommend something that we are not 100% confident we can achieve.
If you have recently been though an acquisition, are facing growth challenges or opportunities because of competition or you're transitioning the business from domestic to global we’re available and qualified to help. Your change might be strategic and cultural in nature or it might primarily be cultural more than strategic. Most of time they are so intertwined you won’t be able to change the culture without at least developing a strategic framework that your employees can own and execute. Typically, this approach starts with an evaluation process that enables you to see the business objectively and agree on a clear definable future.
