Certification Options

If you would like to be a certified Extended DISC facilitator, please consider one of the following options:

Corporate Certification

If you are a large company and have a number of Human Resources and training staff, you would want to consider certifying all of your staff at the same time.  Your HR team can utilize the tool for recruiting and employee relations.  Your training & development staff can integrate the Extended DISC tool into learning programs or inquire about certification of one of our development programs.
The corporate certification includes a program for learning, trainer’s guide, easy to use PowerPoint and everything you need to start using the tool immediately.  The reports can be automated back to you or the software can be installed on-site for your convenience.

Individual Certification

If you are an internal or independent consultant/trainer, you can become certified to use the tool in one of our public learning sessions.  This two-day program is offered various times during the year.  Contact us today to get more information about these options at tmi@tmicentral.com.
