Donna Layton has been an accomplished public speaker and learning facilitator for over 20 years.  Before joining TMI in 2001 she practiced and perfected her skills while working with a variety of learning companies, including Ziglar Learning Corporation, traveling thousands of miles learning and motivating customer service, sales, and management professionals.  Each client represents a unique opportunity for Donna to use her extensive learning expertise as well as her ability to analyze performance and motivation issues.  

While she was the Manager of Learning for Cingular Wireless, Orthofix Inc, and Countrywide, and as a certified instructor for Blanchard, DDI, and Achieve Global,  Donna focused on the areas of leadership development and sales.   Now as a consultant with TMI, she also uses TMI’s Extended DISC and 360 assessments to assist human resource and learning departments to select, train and coach employees.  Her expertise in teaching presentation and facilitation skills helps clients who want to improve the quality of learning delivery in their organization. 

Donna’s patience and sense of humor create a learning environment where trainees are able to participate, practice, and apply new skills in a relaxed environment.  She relates to executives, managers and front-line alike with a personal and encouraging attitude, which makes Donna a consultant who is requested again and again.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from Weber State University in Utah and currently lives in Plano, Texas.
