This is a commonly used report to analyze team effectiveness. Whether you are an executive, manager, in operations, sales, customer or project team, this assessment will increase understanding of each team member and improve awareness, communication and performance. The first example is one of a management team. In this example you will see quite a bit of diversity from left to right as well as top to bottom. The amount of diversity will impact decision-making, the skill of the leader and the opportunity of the team in certain environments.
