Founded in 1995 by company president Brent Strehlow, Training Moments, Inc. (TMI) was a training company specializing in leadership development. After developing a strong reputation as a quality provider of development programs, companies began to involve company President Brent Strehlow in consulting and coaching projects. Today, TMI serves clients in a variety of industries with training, executive coaching and consulting services.

After four years developing a strong reputation offering quality training programs, TMI shortened its name and began to offer executive coaching and consulting services. The rebranded further helped TMI to expanded services offerings beyond training. The company also launched a web-based leadership development 360-degree feedback tool based on The 6 Levels of Leadership. Around the same time, TMI became a region affiliate for Extended DISC.

Since 1999, the scope of services offered by TMI has ranged from strategic planning to executive recruiting; from leadership development workshops to a twelve-month leadership development process; from reducing recruiting expenses through a proven job analysis process to increasing sales skills and strategy; from assessing leaders with the web-based 360-degree feedback tool or assessing teams with Extended DISC. From industry to industry, small company to large company, TMI has grown primarily through repeat business, referrals, and word of mouth.
