Founded in 1995 by company President Brent Strehlow, TMI serves clients in a variety of industries with learning, executive coaching and consulting services. Initially TMI began as a learning company specializing in leadership development. After developing a strong reputation as a quality provider of development programs, companies began to involve company President Brent Strehlow in consulting and coaching projects.

After four years of quality learning programs, Training Moments began to offer executive coaching and consulting services. In 1999 Training Moments, Inc. began to brand TMI as the company offered more than just learning. Additionally, the company launched a web-based leadership development 360 based on The 6 Levels of Leadership. It was also at this time that TMI became a region affiliate for Extended DISC.

Since 1999 the scope of services offered by TMI has ranged from strategic planning to executive recruiting; from leadership development workshops to a twelve-month leadership development process; from reducing recruiting expenses through a proven job analysis process to increasing sales skills and strategy; from assessing leaders with a web-based 360 or assessing teams with Extended DISC; from small to large; from industry to industry TMI has grown primarily through repeat business and word of mouth.

In 2007 TMI launched a new website to provide on-line, support, communication and tools for current and future clients.   This website enables you to offer twelve on-line development hours for employees and leaders.  It provides 24/7 support for supervisors, managers and executives.  Additionally, our assessments can be utilized conveniently on-line and purchased by corporate account or credit card.
